Creating awesome content in a small or large team should be easy and intuitive. In Tracking3 all of you can work together with a single source of truth, for one or multiple projects. Having fewer e-mails and fewer chat messages but more information well organized for all of your team members, lets you focus on the essential things in your project.

Adding comments, update working status from eg. correction to approved, reviewing your teams work, upload images and other files or checking recent project activities is possible with Tracking3. We provide the platform for your team to interact with each other and keep everyone up-to-date.

Tracking3 organizes your projects in data grids to give you a clean and intuitive way to read and interact with your data. These data grids are fully customizable and it's up to you how you organize your project.

We support a wide range of different column types like statuses, users, durations, due dates, used assets and the reverse side where assets are used, previews, plain data like text and JSON and many more. You can even see if all necessary assets are ready for the next department to start with their task all in one view. Your project, your rules. Every project differs from another. That's why we offer you the possibility to fully customize Tracking3 to your project needs. Creating different types of pipelines, defining different steps of the process and how this information is shown to your team is up to you.

With our finely graded group-based permission system, it is easy to manage even large projects with a high number of users. We also support inheritance of group permissions to give you more flexibility with less work.

This way you can define very simple rules like one user is allowed to see and use a whole table without restrictions, up to very finely graded permissions like one user is allowed to take a single work step.

We offer you a feature-based licence model. That means, if you don't use or don't need a feature, you don't have to pay for it. And later on you can easily add more features to your projects.

Being able to access an asset management application within every third-party application you are using in your day-to-day work is a major key to speed up things dramatically. With the full-featured Application Program Interface (API) of Tracking3, you can interchange data with your local production tools and also create, query, update and delete data within Tracking3.

With Tracking3 you can have unlimited projects running side-by-side, well organized in the navigation section and easy to access.

Instead of having multiple browser tabs or table sheet documents open, you can use the tab section of Tracking3 to organize your work within a single window. And in case you like to have multiple windows, it is also possible. As always, it is completely up to you.
